  • System availability will remain constant

  • AI agents will behave identically to human staff

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synclade will not be held responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Errors or outages caused by third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, or internet failures


6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, designs, graphics, logos, workflows, agents, and automation systems developed by Synclade, remains the exclusive property of the company.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


7. Data & Privacy
